Impuesto Plasticos no Reciclados a la Importacion

Según Ley 7/2022, de 8 de abril, de residuos y suelos contaminados para una economía circular ha establecido, en el Capítulo I de su Título VII, el impuesto especial sobre los envases de plástico no reutilizables, incluyendo la importación como hecho imponible. La entrada en vigor se producirá el 1 de enero de 2023.

Desde esa fecha será obligatorio que el importador nos aporte una declaracion de contenido en Kg de plastico no reciclado.
